Small Group Classes

Our classes are kept small in size to give you individual guidance to focus on exercise technique for all levels. 


Pilates Inspired: Functional core and strength classes are led by our physio. Initial appointment required if you have not attended our clinic to assit you with getting started for your individual needs. Please call the clinic to add your name to the class list or book in online with our physio for your initial consultation to get started.

Yoga classes with Bruna: We are excited to announce we have Bruna our Yoga instructor teaching Monday nights 6pm and Thursdays 10.30am. More classes will be added soon. Please contact us for more information or if you would like to add your name to our waitlist for other days and times.
